Over the past 16 years I have held key roles with a range of innovative arts and music festivals, and event production companies. I have worked on events happening for over 25 years, fledgeling events in their first year, old favourites making a come back, and festivals doubling in scale.

Well over a decade's practice at adaptive thinking. Establishing working relationships with new teams in a leadership role, quickly orientating myself in new systems and environments, and  training new teams on the job during a demanding operations schedule.
